From your Firestick home screen, navigate to "Find" > "Search". Type in "Downloader" and install the orange app.
Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options. Turn ON "Apps from Unknown Sources" (or click "Install unknown apps" and turn it ON for Downloader).
Open the Downloader app. In the URL bar, type the specific code or URL provided in your welcome email and click "Go". The app will download.
Click "Install" when prompted. Once installed, open the app, select "Login with Xtream Codes API", and enter the Username, Password, and Portal URL sent to your email.
For Android boxes, tablets, and smartphones.
Launch the Google Play Store on your Android device.
Search for "IPTV Smarters Pro" or "TiviMate IPTV Player" and install it. These are our recommended players for Android environments.
Open the app. Choose "Login with Xtream Codes API". Input the Name (WorldGate), Username, Password, and Server URL provided to you upon subscription.
For iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV (tvOS).
Navigate to the App Store on your iOS device or Apple TV.
Search for "Smarters Player Lite", "GSE Smart IPTV", or "IPTVX". Download and install your preferred app.
Launch the app, accept the terms, and add a new user. Select "Xtream Codes API" and input your WorldGate Username, Password, and URL.
For iMac, MacBook, and Mac Mini.
Open Safari or Chrome and download the official IPTV Smarters Pro .dmg file from their website.
Open the downloaded .dmg file and drag the IPTV Smarters icon into your Applications folder.
Launch the app from your Applications folder. Choose "Add your Playlist (via XC API)" and enter your subscription details.
For Windows 10 & 11 Desktops and Laptops.
Use your browser to download IPTV Smarters Pro for Windows (.exe) or SFVIP Player.
Run the installer and follow the on-screen prompts to install the program on your PC.
Open the software, log in using the Xtream Codes API method, and enter the WorldGate portal URL, your username, and password.
You can also use our Web Player directly from your Chrome or Edge browser without installing any software. Link provided upon signup.

From the Shield home screen, navigate to the Google Play Store.
Search for "TiviMate IPTV Player". It is the best player for Nvidia Shield. Install it.
Open TiviMate, click "Add Playlist", select "Xtream Codes", and enter the Server Address, Username, and Password. Check the "Include VOD" box and click Next.
For WebOS and Tizen operating systems.
Go to the LG Content Store or Samsung Smart Hub on your television.
Search for apps like "IBO Player", "DuplexPlay", "Flix IPTV", or "Smart IPTV". Install your choice.
Open the installed app. The screen will display a Device MAC Address and sometimes a Device Key. Note these down.
On your phone or computer, visit the specific app's website (e.g., iboplayer.com). Enter your MAC Address and paste the M3U URL provided by WorldGate to link your playlist to the TV.
