These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and World Gate Network ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and IPTV streaming services (collectively, the "Services").

You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services are our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, no part of the Services and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

You may be required to register with the Site to access our IPTV streams. You agree to keep your password and portal URLs confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and credentials.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms.
• You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.
• You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select, or terminate your account entirely, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your account is being shared publicly or abused.

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

• Re-stream or Broadcast: Restream, broadcast, or otherwise publicly distribute the streams provided by World Gate Network. The service is for personal, private viewing only.
• Account Sharing: Share your subscription credentials or M3U link with individuals outside of your immediate household unless you have purchased a multi-connection plan.
• System Interference: Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services, including engaging in DDoS attacks or server scraping.
• Reverse Engineering: Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services.

Billing: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. We bill you through an online billing account for your selected subscription plan. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us.

Renewals: Your subscription will not automatically renew unless explicitly stated during the checkout process. It is your responsibility to renew your package via the customer portal before the expiration date to avoid service interruption.

Cancellations & Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access to the IPTV network, we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed criteria on eligible refunds within the first 7 days of service.

World Gate Network acts solely as a directory and router of public streams and digital content. We do not host, store, or upload any media files, video streams, or copyright-protected material on our own servers.

Any content viewed through our platform is provided by third-party servers and networks. We do not control the broadcasting of these channels. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to ensure that their viewing habits comply with the regional copyright laws of their specific country or jurisdiction.

If you are a copyright owner and believe that any content routed through our service infringes upon your copyrights, please contact our legal team with a formal DMCA takedown notice, and we will sever access to the offending third-party stream.

While we strive to provide a 99.9% network uptime, we cannot guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Services at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Services.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some US state laws and international laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
