We offer a standard 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with the service within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you are entitled to request a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
- Initial 7-Day Period: Your request is made within 7 days of your very first subscription purchase.
- Technical Failures: You experience severe, documented technical issues that our support team is unable to resolve within 48 hours of reporting.
- Duplicate Billing: You were incorrectly charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a system error.
- Non-Delivery: You did not receive your login credentials within 24 hours of a successful payment, and our support team failed to provision your account manually.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
To protect our network from abuse, refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- Beyond 7 Days: Refund requests made after the initial 7-day guarantee period has expired.
- Internet Connectivity Issues: Buffering or connectivity issues caused by your local Internet Service Provider (ISP), Wi-Fi setup, or insufficient bandwidth. We recommend a minimum of 25 Mbps for HD and 50 Mbps for 4K streaming.
- Device Incompatibility: Inability to set up the service due to an unsupported or outdated local device. We provide clear documentation on supported devices prior to purchase.
- Account Bans: Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., unauthorized restreaming or account sharing).
- Renewals: Subscription renewals are considered final and are non-refundable.
4. Processing Times
Once your refund request is approved by our billing department, your IPTV access will be terminated immediately.
The refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that while we initiate the refund immediately upon approval, it may take 3 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor.

6. Subscription Cancellations
World Gate Network is a prepaid service. You are free to cancel your service at any time simply by choosing not to renew your subscription at the end of your billing cycle.
There are no cancellation fees, no hidden contracts, and we do not automatically charge your card unless you have explicitly opted into an auto-renewal plan through the customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your currently paid period.
